At Bikini Beach, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must remain attached.
Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
Items must not show signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other stains.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with all hygiene liners and protective seals intact.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us with photographs of the item and packaging.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
